VE Day Celebrations - an extra special day for a lovely lady

Peggy Nichols from Warwickshire Club celebrates in style 80 years on

Many of you will have met Peggy, a stalwart of the Warwickshire Club and a loyal participant in the FWC weekends, initially along with her husband, Ray, and has continued since he died.

Peggy will be celebrating VE Day by attending a service of remembrance at Westminster Abbey followed by the VE Day Celebration of Music at The Royal Albert Hall - at all of which she will be accompanied by her daughters, Janet and Christine.

We wish you a very happy 90th Birthday Peggy - and another very special VE Day to remember.
