We have chosen an early weekend to avoid half terms.

Bookings should be made directly with the hotel

Cancellations up to one month before will not be charged.

Cancellations within one month will be charged at the full rate

Please note prices are per person DB&B for 3 or 4 nights NOT per night.

Thursday 5th February for 4 Nights • Double / Twin £363.95 per person

Single Room £542.95 per room

Friday 6th February for 3 Nights • Twin Room / Double £277.95 per person

Single Room £415.95 per room

This rate applies for these nights (Arrive Thursday or Friday leave Monday)

For any other nights, you will have to ask the hotel for their best rate.

Please state when you book if you need an accessible room or other facilities

Please book by 20 December to help us and the hotel.

On 1 January the hotel will release rooms and you will need to negotiate your own rate if you book after this date.

Dinner for non-residents to join us on any evening can be arranged.

On Saturday or Sunday, we are hoping to arrange the usual coach trip. This will depend on our numbers and costs.

We will have own space for coffee and to chat in the evening.

Meet Friday 4.30 for a cuppa and chat.

The hotel has a car park and there is a charge of £5/car/night. So £20 for a four night stay.

***Please let Jenny know when you have booked or thinking of booking as soon as possible, to we can plan the weekend. Also please make sure you let the hotel know you are part of our group.

We will ask for approx. £25 made out to “Country Women Countrywide” to cover costs for a coach trip and other weekend expenses before the weekend. it depends on what we can organise.
