SUMMARY OF THE MEETING

Ten members attended

Management Team confirmed as : Jenny Flake, Sue Rawlings, Margaret Scott who are Trustees and cheque signatories

also : Christine Bish and Sue Rodaway

CWC bank account has a balance of £2419.88

Donations of £100 made to Wear It Pink (October weekend)

and £55 to Lincolnshire Rural Support Network (February weekend)

Coffee Evenings attract a core of the same members each month with one or two others joining from time to time. It was decided that these online meetings should continue

National weekends and Five Counties lunches continue to be well supported

Bookings for the October weekend nr Tewkesbury were encouraged (closing date at preferential rate is 1 September)

Plans for the February weekend in Nottingham were well underway

The Five Counties lunch will be in Dorset in 2026
